Ordering

An order is binding once you have submitted it and received confirmation by email.

Payment

All catering is invoiced after delivery or collection, with 14 days' terms. We do not take payment at the time of ordering.

Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel free of charge up until the lead time for what you have ordered — 48 hours for cold tables and platters, 24 hours for canapés and soups.

Allergens

Allergens are listed on each product. The food is made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and nuts, so we cannot guarantee anything is free of traces.

All prices include value added tax.
