For meetings

Canapés work best in a meeting: people can eat with one hand and keep talking. Four per person, three or four types.

For longer courses, a lunch platter or cold table suits better.

For late shifts

Soup or stew serves best when people have worked long hours.

Invoiced, not card

All business customers are invoiced after delivery, with 14 days' terms. Add your reference and purchase order number at checkout and they appear on the invoice.
